Account Registration
OBSERVE: This section sets out who may open an Mr Green account on green-mr.com, how registration works and what information the Operator must collect under UK law.
EXPAND: UKGC rules and the 2025-2025 UK gambling reforms require robust identity, age and financial risk checks before and during your use of the Services, as well as clear obligations on you to keep your details accurate and secure.
REFLECT: By completing registration you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria and agree that the Operator may perform all necessary KYC and affordability checks.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register, deposit or gamble on the Mr Green service on green-mr.com. The Operator uses age-verification tools, and you may be asked to provide documentary proof before you can gamble or withdraw.
- You must be physically located in Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales) when using the Services. Access from Northern Ireland or other territories may be restricted or prohibited.
- You must not be self-excluded via GAMSTOP or any self-exclusion registered directly with the Operator. Where a GAMSTOP match occurs, your Account will be blocked in accordance with the scheme.
- You must open the account in your own name, for personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party or as part of any commercial or professional arrangement.
Registration Process and KYC
- To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form on green-mr.com, providing accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, address, email and other details requested.
- The Operator may require you to verify your email address and phone number and to activate your Account via links or codes sent to your registered contact details.
- Before allowing full access to gambling, the Operator will conduct KYC and anti-money laundering checks. You may be asked to upload or otherwise provide copies of identity documents, proof of address and, where required, evidence of income or source of funds.
- In line with UK reforms expected to be in force throughout 2025, the Operator may perform financial vulnerability and risk checks (including checks with third-party agencies) where your play patterns or deposit levels indicate that such checks are appropriate.
- The Operator may restrict or suspend your ability to deposit, wager or withdraw until these checks are completed to its reasonable satisfaction.
User Obligations
- You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your relationship with the Mr Green service is true, accurate and up to date. You must promptly update any changes via the Website or by contacting customer support.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, including your password, and for restricting access to your devices. Any activity under your Account will, until notified otherwise, be deemed to have been carried out by you.
- You must immediately notify the Operator if you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed without your permission, or used in any Unlawful Activity.
- You may hold only one active Account for the Mr Green service on green-mr.com. The Operator may close duplicate accounts and transfer any remaining real-money balances, less any bonuses and winnings derived from such bonuses, to a single surviving Account.
- You must not attempt to circumvent security controls, affordability checks, self-exclusion or any other responsible gambling measures implemented by the Operator or required by the UKGC.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
OBSERVE: This section explains how bets are placed, accepted and settled on the Mr Green service via green-mr.com, and how you are expected to behave while using the Services.
EXPAND: UKGC rules require that game rules, stake limits, settlement principles and conduct expectations are transparent and applied fairly, including for live casino and interactive chat features.
REFLECT: By placing any Bet you accept that the applicable game rules, these Terms and any specific promotion rules govern how your Bet is processed and paid.
Placing Bets
- Bets may only be placed through your logged-in Account on green-mr.com using available real-money funds and, where permitted, bonus funds in your balance.
- Minimum and maximum stakes for each game or betting market are displayed on the Website or within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted from time to time in line with regulatory changes, including slot stake limits introduced as part of UK reforms up to and including 2025.
- A Bet is deemed placed when it has been confirmed on the Operator's servers and appears in your betting or game history. Once confirmed, a Bet cannot normally be cancelled or modified by you.
- All start times, results and market rules for betting products are determined by the published game rules or, where relevant, by the official governing body of the underlying event.
Game Rules and Fairness
- Casino and slot games use a certified random number generator (RNG) or live dealer mechanism designed to ensure fair and random outcomes. Independent testing agencies, as required by the UKGC, periodically audit these systems.
- The Operator may publish detailed game rules on green-mr.com and may also rely on the operator's official rules and terms published at https://mrgreen.com/org-uk/terms-and-conditions, as adapted for the Mr Green service.
- In the event of an apparent malfunction, connectivity failure or other technical issue, the Operator may void or re-settle affected Bets in accordance with these Terms and applicable game rules, ensuring a fair outcome under UKGC standards.
Bet Cancellation and Invalid Bets
- The Operator may cancel or declare a Bet void if: (i) the Bet was accepted after the relevant event started; (ii) a material pricing or obvious error occurred; (iii) a technical fault affected the proper recording of the Bet; or (iv) the Bet was placed in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
- Where a Bet is declared void, the stake will normally be returned to your real-money balance. Winnings from void Bets will not be paid.
- If a game round is interrupted due to technical failure, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to restore the game state to the last known correct position. If this is not possible, the round may be voided and stakes returned, subject to UKGC rules.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- You must treat dealers, staff and other players with respect. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate language or behaviour in live casino or chat functions is strictly prohibited.
- You must not use chat or interactive features to promote other services, share personal data, organise collusion, or engage in any Unlawful Activity.
- The Operator may monitor, record, moderate or remove chat content and may mute, suspend or close Accounts that breach conduct rules, and may report serious incidents to law-enforcement or the UKGC.
- You must not use software, bots, scripts, automated systems, or exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such behaviour may result in Bet cancellation, confiscation of winnings and Account closure.
Regional Compliance Note: Gameplay and maximum stakes may be adjusted from time to time to comply with the evolving UK gambling framework, including stake limits on online slots and enhanced risk controls introduced or expected to be introduced during 2025.
Bonus Terms
OBSERVE: This section summarises how bonuses, free spins and other promotions on the Mr Green service via green-mr.com are earned, used and settled.
EXPAND: UK rules require that bonus conditions, wagering requirements and restrictions are clear, fair and not misleading, and that your real-money funds are not unfairly restricted by promotional terms.
REFLECT: Each promotion will have its own specific Bonus Terms, which you must read carefully. In case of conflict, those specific terms will prevail over this general summary.
Bonus Activation and Wagering
- Bonuses may be granted automatically (for example on registration or deposit) or must be actively opted into via the Website, as clearly indicated for each promotion.
- Eligibility criteria (such as minimum deposit, game type, time of day or player segment) will be displayed in the relevant offer and are applied consistently to all qualifying players.
- Each Bonus will state: (i) the amount or structure of the benefit; (ii) any wagering requirements; (iii) the qualifying games; (iv) any maximum stake while wagering; and (v) the expiry period. These details will be presented prominently and in plain language.
- Unless otherwise stated, real-money funds are staked before bonus funds. Winnings from real-money stakes are always treated as real-money, even when a Bonus is active.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from them generally become withdrawable only after all wagering requirements are satisfied within the specified timeframe, which will be expressed in clear terms (for example, a requirement to wager the bonus amount a stated number of times within a defined number of days, with dates set to or beyond 2025 where applicable).
Prohibited Games and Actions
- Some games or bet types may be excluded or partially weighted towards wagering requirements. For example, low-risk bets, certain table games or jackpot products may contribute a reduced percentage or 0% to wagering. These limitations will be specified in the Bonus Terms.
- You must not engage in bonus abuse strategies such as: (i) placing offsetting bets; (ii) colluding with other players; (iii) using multiple Accounts; (iv) intentionally losing in one game to gain advantage in another; or (v) exploiting any game or software error.
- The Operator may void Bonuses, cancel winnings and close Accounts where it reasonably believes that abuse, fraud or Unlawful Activity has taken place, acting in line with UKGC guidance on fair and open terms.
Combining Promotions
- Unless expressly stated, Bonuses cannot be combined. Only one welcome bonus or similar first-time offer may be claimed per person, household, payment method, IP address or device.
- Some ongoing or loyalty promotions may run concurrently but their wagering contributions and restrictions will be clearly defined and will not unfairly restrict access to your real-money funds.
- If multiple promotions are inadvertently awarded, the Operator may, acting fairly, determine which promotion should apply and adjust your balance accordingly, preserving your real-money funds.
Regional Compliance Note: Bonus structures and limits for Mr Green on green-mr.com may be more conservative than in other markets operated by the wider Evoke plc group, reflecting UKGC expectations and the group's strengthened compliance approach following regulatory developments up to and including 2025.
Payments & Withdrawals
OBSERVE: This section explains how you can deposit to and withdraw from your Mr Green Account on green-mr.com, how player funds are protected and when refunds may occur.
EXPAND: UK law and UKGC rules impose strict requirements on payment methods, player fund segregation, anti-money laundering checks and withdrawal processing, including restrictions on credit cards and heightened financial risk checks from 2025.
REFLECT: By making deposits or requesting withdrawals, you agree to the processes below and acknowledge the level of protection afforded to your funds.
Deposit Methods
- The Operator will make available one or more of the following payment methods for Mr Green players on green-mr.com: UK-issued debit cards, selected e-wallets, bank transfers and other approved local payment options.
- In line with UK regulation, credit cards and credit-card based payment instruments are not permitted for gambling transactions.
- Cryptocurrencies are not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method for the Mr Green service under the UK licence.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction or per period will be displayed on the Website and may be adjusted, including via responsible gambling limits you set for yourself.
- The Operator does not usually charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may do so. Any operator charges will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a transaction.
Withdrawals
- You may request a withdrawal of available real-money funds (and, where applicable, cleared bonus winnings) via the withdrawal options provided in your Account area.
- Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method you used to deposit (the "closed-loop" principle), subject to legal and technical limitations.
- The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example within 1-3 business days), but actual receipt times depend on your payment provider and may extend beyond this, particularly in 2025 as enhanced risk checks are implemented.
- Before processing a withdrawal, the Operator may require completion of KYC and source-of-funds checks, as well as confirmation that no Unlawful Activity is associated with your Account.
- Pending withdrawals may be suspended or reversed to your balance where required by law, to comply with responsible gambling obligations or to investigate potential breaches of these Terms.
Player Fund Protection and Insolvency Risk
- Player funds held for Mr Green customers are kept in segregated accounts separate from the Operator's business accounts, providing a level of protection classified by the UKGC as medium protection.
- Medium protection means that, in the event of insolvency, there is no absolute guarantee that you will receive all of your funds, though segregation increases the likelihood of recovery compared with no protection.
- As of 2025, the Operator forms part of the Evoke plc group, listed on the London Stock Exchange (ticker: EVOK). Public company oversight generally indicates a low insolvency risk, but this is not a guarantee and does not change the UKGC's classification of player fund protection.
Refunds and Voided Bets
- If a Bet is cancelled or declared void in accordance with these Terms, the relevant stake will usually be returned to your real-money balance.
- Where a transaction has been incorrectly processed due to a technical or human error, the Operator may adjust your Account to correct the error. This may involve removing funds wrongly credited or crediting funds wrongly omitted.
- Refunds of deposits will normally only be granted where required by law, by card scheme rules or where the Operator identifies a processing error. Refund requests must be made via customer support and may require supporting documentation.
Regional Compliance Note: Payment processing times, limits and checks for Mr Green on green-mr.com are designed to comply strictly with UK anti-money laundering rules and financial risk check requirements expected to apply throughout 2025.
Limitation of Liability
OBSERVE: This section describes the Operator's responsibilities for providing the Mr Green service on green-mr.com and the limitations that apply to its liability to you.
EXPAND: UK law allows certain limitations on contractual liability but does not permit exclusion of liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or certain statutory rights. UKGC conditions also require fair treatment of customers.
REFLECT: These limitations should be read in conjunction with your statutory rights as a UK consumer, which remain unaffected where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
Operator Obligations
- The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with these Terms, applicable UK laws, UKGC licence conditions and relevant industry standards.
- The Operator will use reasonable efforts to ensure that game outcomes are generated fairly, that results are accurately recorded and that the Website operates substantially as described.
- The Operator will maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data and to protect the integrity and security of the Services.
Exclusions and Limitations
- The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Operator aims for high availability, it does not guarantee that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- The Operator is not responsible for failures or interruptions caused by your equipment, internet connection, software, firewalls or any third-party services outside its control.
- Subject to applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for: (i) any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, data, business or opportunities; (ii) any indirect or consequential loss; or (iii) any loss arising from events beyond its reasonable control.
- Where the Operator is found liable to you in relation to a specific Bet, game round or transaction, its maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of the stake placed on that Bet or, where relevant, the amount of the disputed transaction.
Non-Excludable Rights
- Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Operator's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
- Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, remain unaffected.
Regional Compliance Note: The limitations in this section are drafted to comply with UK consumer protection rules and UKGC fairness principles as applied to remote gambling services in 2025.

- During suspension, you may be unable to deposit, place Bets or withdraw funds while investigations or checks are ongoing.

Funds on Termination
- On closure of your Account (whether by you or the Operator), any remaining real-money balance will normally be returned to you, subject to: (i) completion of KYC and AML checks; and (ii) any right of the Operator to withhold funds in connection with Unlawful Activity.
